What we discovered was that most of the software development companies that people think of, they're all in large metro areas. And not every single software developer is going to want to live and work in a metro area. And we realized that it's a small faction, but there’s still a very significant faction of talented developers that would love the opportunity to move somewhere to, like State College if only they were given a chance. And we’ve had people move here from Germany and England so it’s a very bold move on their part. In each case it’s because they were living somewhere that they weren’t satisfied with the city environment that they were in or the community environment that they were in. And they would see this as an antithesis for that. Or they would see it as something that represented the things that they wished that they had in their lifestyle.
