I thought that the idea of producing things locally, farm to table, that was a powerful trend. I had the chemistry background and business background to do a business like this. I thought that we're in a big agricultural area. We have the Big Spring here in Bellefonte which is a significant source of very good water. So all those things together brought me to this point.
