Kevin gives scheduled and impromptu tours of the distillery process.
Sometimes we do little impromptu tours, so we talk about the building, we talk about where our grains come from. Our process once the grains get to our building is a four step...we have mashing, fermentation, distillation and packaging. So we kind of go through each one of those steps. Show people hands on what we do. We talk about our impending LEED certification. We talk about our environmental policy that goes along with that or philosophy. We talk about the water which very important for us, the Big Spring water that is one of the reasons we're here. We're just try and go through the whole process from beginning to end, emphasize our environmental stewardship, the localness of our ingredients.
