He’s a steady cam operator, it’s a really sort of high level niche camera operation. You know I knew when he started his career that if he was going to follow it through he couldn’t stay in State College. So he’s got a different problem because I, I’ve kind of got the big fish little pond situation going on right? His situation is he needs a really really big pond in order to actually get signed on for an entire season of a show, to get signed on for an entire movie. So he can’t stay here because his career has gotten big enough that it cannot exist here.
