Many times, you are given the choice of deciding whether someone lives or dies. One night a group of severely wounded soldiers are brought to the medical unit in need of immediate attention. One man has an open abdominal injury and is bleeding out fast. You are left alone as everyone else is aiding other screaming soldiers.
